Should I retake the LSAT in February?

I have a 3.95 gpa and a 160 from December, and am looking at schools like Fordham and Boston U as targets.
A February retake would get me up to at least a 165 (I was practice testing in 165-170 range for December but bombed the first two sections due to nerves and annoying/distracting proctors.)
I’d like to have a shot at some t14 schools, but I’m not sure if the higher score would help, since most schools in the t14 have told me that they barley have any seats left by the time feb scores are released. I am a minority applicant, and first gen college grad, for what it’s worth, but not sure what difference it makes.
Am I better off just applying as is? I have few waivers for most of the t14 schools that I’m interested in.
Any advice on how to proceed? What are my chances at Michigan, Texas, or Georgetown?
