No way will W&L COA be anything near 100K. You'd get close to a full ride and rural VA is not expensive.

what does GWU $ look like? GWU w/ $$$ for patent lit seems better than what you've presented thus far.

120k scholly still leaves 8 grand left per year for tuition. Plus living expenses. So maybe closer to 75k.
They have slightly worse BL placement than both temple and nova, but those 3 are all comparable to me.

Expecting 105k to 120k from GW. I considered applying there ED for the 150k merit. GW estimates living expenses at 27k, so probably 150k COA.
Edit: Vanderbilt had 56% BL+FC last year (14% of grads to my preferred region) vs. GW with 35% BL/FC

Still mulling over your situation, but shoot WUSTL an app immediately to use for negotiation.

Since you want biglaw, I would recommend the retake if you think you can get the 172. You would be looking at decent scholarships at the relatively low COL area schools of Michigan, UVA, and Duke. UVA seems like a good fit location wise
