GPA Addendum for changing majors?

Forgive me if this is a stupid question. My LSAC GPA is 3.77, but it would be much higher, probably in the 3.9x range if I hadn't gotten two C's my freshman year when I was a Chemistry major. I changed my major, and those two classes don't count toward it. If I do end up applying to Top 10 schools, is that worth a GPA addendum, or is that too weak of a reason to be worth it?

Definitely not an appropriate situation for an addendum. They'll see the "CHEM" next to those classes on your transcript and figure it out on their own, or maybe just assume you had a rocky freshman year. Better to let your upward grade trend do the talking rather than draw attention to the fact that you struggled with chemistry.

The best GPA addendum you can write in this situation is a high LSAT score.
