LOR not appearing

It looks like my prof sent in my LOR to LSAC over a week ago, but LSAC still shows my chart as "0 of 1" letters received. The status column says "requested but not acknowledged by recommender" even though the status date says "9/3/17," the date my recommender said she submitted.
What does this mean? Seems like a long time for LSAC to process the letter. Should I wait it out? Contact my recommender or contact LSAC? Thanks for all advice.
