148 lsat and 3.54 gpa.... advice ?!
So, the highest I've been able to score on the practice lsats I've taken has been a 148. No school in Atlanta that accepts that, in my opinion, is worth attending. I'm 26 and really don't want to wait any longer before attending law school. I'm registered for the September lsat but am now wondering if law school is a dream I should simply give up on, of if it's even worth attending a lower ranked school?
Honestly, just need advice. What are good schools I could consider?

You should not attend any school that will accept you with a 148.
You're young. Take some time to really buckle down on the studying. If you still don't get a decent score for your ambitions, then consider retaking or finding a different career path.

My advice is to skip September LSAT, enroll in a class like TestMasters (if you can afford it), and see what happens. If you've been truly self studying and your score hasn't budged much, it's probably time to change strategies but I don't think you should completely give up yet. Nothing wrong with waiting an extra year to attend law school.Abrown181 wrote:

Practice more, a 148 won't get you into any respectable school.

Push your next sitting back to at least December and don't take the LSAT until your PT avg is 160+

26 ain't old. Keep grinding. Maybe reevaluate your prep if you're not seeing improvements.
