Just got back my score from the June LSAT: 164
My GPA is 3.74 from UCLA. I am a Cognitive Science major with a specialization in computing (have taken a lot of programming and science classes). I'm interested in IP law.

Should I retake the LSAT in September? When I was practicing my best score was 169. Ideally, I want to get into a top 20 school. Berkeley might be my number one choice as of right now.

What was your average PT score? If you were at or below your average you should probably retake. Still plenty of time to take in September and apply early.

Just a heads up, cognitive science usually isn't enough for the patent bar and thus makes it hard to get into IP.
