C&F Question

I would like to make sure I answered this question correctly so I'm asking for some assistance please&thank you.
The exact wording of the question is
"Have you ever been dismissed from any employment for cause?"
The facts are the following:
The facts are:
1. I "interned" at a start-up tech company for 2 weeks and the employer "ended assignment" without cause. I worked "at will" of the supervisors.
2. The position was characterized as temporary/internship.
3. I was not an employee.
4. The supervisors have characterized my time there as a "trial period" and "temporary assignment".
I consulted with the supervisor and they stated the following:
"I support the option that denotes the best possible method of separation. If there were an option for "end of contract" or "temporary assignment", that would be most accurate term for describing an amicable separation"
In conclusion, based upon the supervisors written explanation and the fact that I left without cause or misconduct and I was not an employee of the company, I have answered "NO" to this question.
Thank you so much!
