I am already writing an addendum for a low gpa and many withdraws. I did, however, take a math class called finite 4 times to pass. I just couldn't pass the class. I eventually passed but I'm not sure how/if I can explain this one.

Well, you can prove you were dedicated to learning the concept.

If this is serious, I think whatever you write to address your "low gpa and many withdraws" will necessarily take care of your lousy performance in individual classes, including your struggles with Finite.

How the hell does one fail Finite Math 4 times?? That's literally just high school level stuff.

Not sure what finite you took but the way it was taught at my university was hard. Most people fail the class at least once.
