Sitting out cycle, taking LSAT for a fourth time for HYS

Hi TLS,
I've taken the LSAT three times so far, scored 169 on two of them. For my last two tests I was better prepared but had serious test day problems. I was practice testing much higher than 169 and have figured out a way to solve the test day problem should it occur in the future.
I did apply to some schools this cycle and got a few T14 acceptances with very strong scholarship offers. However, I can't shake the feeling that if I just got three more questions right on the LSAT (I missed 5 on LG) I could have gotten into HYS. My GPA is pretty strong so my LSAT would be the only thing holding me back.
Does it make sense to sit out two years, retake, and reapply? Do schools look down on 4-time test takers? What about my LOR? Are there other considerations I should be making? I am K-JD so I can definitely afford to take time.
