Also I have a scholarship acceptance form to complete and return, with boxes to check detailing the requirements and limitations of my scholarship (i.e. "I understand this award cannot be used on summer programs")
What do you think of attaching it to the e-mail with all boxes checked except for the stipulation box? is that too pushy?

I don't think you mean "barring" because that would mean that they actually DID have stipulations regarding poor academic standing.Also, the second to last sentence has an extra "that".
