You should completely withdraw from the second school and all schools since you're now required to do that in your ED agreement. No big deal.

Just withdraw from all other schools. You were supposed to do that anyway.

Both schools' ED agreements likely had you promise that "I have applied to no other schools under binding ED, and I will withdraw all applications if accepted." Your best bet is to withdraw from all schools (besides the first ED school) and hope that neither ED school finds out.

How are you just hearing from the second school if you applied ED? Doesn't ED guarantee a decision before the New Year? Just withdraw from the second you haven't been accepted to yet.

Well I would withdraw immediately from the second school (which you already should've done). I would do that very soon because there comes a time down the line (i forget when but it's definitely much later) when law schools receive a report that reveals who's double enrolled and if you're accepted to the second school, your name might automatically be on that list (bc both schools might automatically assume that you're enrolled).

What are the odds of that happening?

The same as inadvertently EDing?

Not all schools prevent you from applying ED elsewhere but I don't remember which ones.

Maybe consider deleting your posts if this is not a flame.
