Not really, but don't you emphasize different things depending on your point in life?
(Example: if you're a KJD, emphasize your education and extracurriculars, not your part time waitressing job?)

Yeah, but the format should be something that fits what your data. It's a good idea to look at different formats. Mine is a list of my jobs with a brief description of the responsibilities. Because I changed jobs frequently it worked for me. If you're KJD, you probably want something a little different.

What if you are KJD but worked for a firm throughout undergrad? Emphasize work experience, education, and softs?
