Not a great school. Has some good alumni, been around for a while, good location.

Only go if it's free and you are certain you want to do small law, criminal law, etc in the Boston area.

You should not go to any school with a 149.
Retake. Seriously.

It's well-respected in the Boston area. If you want to run for office in Boston or the greater Boston area, work in city/state government, or practice at a local firm, and you can get some money, no reason not to do it.

I can think of about 500 reasons not to do it, and your reasons to do it are ridiculous.

Less than half get a JD required job, and 30% don't even get full time employment.

Its a shame because Suffolk 30 years ago was actually a respected law school. Now, not so much. You shouldn't attend in any circumstances and that is taken from multiple very successful alumnus of Suffolk law
