Top Law Schools

I am currently in the process of getting transcripts from previous institutions that I have attended sent to LSAC. I am having trouble with one college in particular. They requiring me to send all previous institutions that I attended to get a hold released from my account in order for them to send the transcript to LSAC. (Doesn't make sense to me. I only took 4 classes at this school.) Unfortunately, two law school applications are due next week, SMU and UofH. I have the entire application finished, my resume, personal statements, and LORs. The only thing I am lacking is this one transcript. If I apply, will they consider me even though my transcript hadn't been processed by LSAC on February 15th?
