Do people actually do stuff outside of study the first year?

Did anyone find themselves able to actually do things and visit family or did you guys just stay in the books all day and have no life outside of class?

All about time management. Most people, even those who did very well, found more than enough time to have some fun. It's all about studying efficiently.
