When leveraging for scholarships should I attach an offer from one school and if so how? Scan in physical letter with offer or forward email?

I am trying to leverage more money out of UNC with a generous scholarship offer from UGA, do I need to "prove" in some way what UGA is offering me to North Carolina or just explain away?

Seems like the schools will usually ask you to show them the offer so might as well attach it. Just pdf the offer and attach it to your email
