What should I do?

Stats: 173/3.65 STEM t14 undergrad (mvpb)
Interests: fed gov (ftc, doj), nyc biglaw
Vague interest in antitrust (although not strong math/econ background), international trade law
I had a 173 from a 2015 LSAT. Didn't apply to any schools in the fall because I wasn't sure if I wanted to go to LS in 2017. I am now 24 after 5 year undergrad (double major) and one year of Americorps.
Now I feel very unchallenged at my mundane-ish job.
I submitted an app to CCN last week, but my transcript is still on its way to LSAC via snail mail as of last week.
Should I :
Throw a hail mary to HLS?
Attend in 2017 if i get CCN?
Apply Sept 1 2017?
See scholarship offers for this cycle, if any, and pose question to TLS then?
Hope for the best and just chill out for now?
Defer a CCN admission?
Take this opportunity to backpack the world for first half of 2018?
Your earnest advice would be much appreciated! Thank you
