When to apply Financial Aid

Post by gtmort » Tue Jan 10, 2017 6:26 pm

I'm new here, so if im posting this in the wrong place I apologize. I just took the LSAT and managed a 165, along with a gpa of 3.96. So while my odds are not FANTASTIC for some of the top 14 law schools, i've applied to some of them. I had a quick question regarding financail aid. How does the normal protocal work for the timeline for applying? Do I wait till AFTER i've received a decision from the law school to fill out the financial aid paperwork, or do I do it before? Im talking mainly for the top 14 schools, since I know places like BC and BU (and anything under the top 14) typically handles it differently.

But if you don't know how they do it, how do you know they're different?
