Cancelled LSAT on Standardized Tests?

In response to the following part of the application: "Indicate dates you have taken or plan to take the LSAT."

Should I include a LSAT I took that I cancelled the score for? Initially, I was going to. But they only accept numerical values for the score (for example can't put X or N/A).

Also, what is the point of this part of the application? Don't schools get our LSAT scores and see our cancels regardless?

Can't you leave it blank?
