Retake or Apply?

Hey everyone,
I just graduated with a political science degree and a minor in economics this past December. I have a 3.59 GPA and a 165 LSAT, but I took the LSAT when I had mono, and had averaged 170-171 over the last 5 practice tests I took prior. The schools I am applying to are Vanderbilt, Emory, University of Tennessee, Notre Dame, and GWU.
My question is should I go ahead and apply to these schools, as I am below the medians on several, or wait a year and retake? I have read alot on the forums here that splitters, which I hope to become if I retake, do not necessarily have a better chance at admission, and that it largely depends on which median the school is trying to pull up. Thank you in advance for yalls advice.
