I applied school A's ed program in November and was rolled to regular decision pool. Now that I have applied school B's round II ED, can I send an LOCI to school A to promise that I will withdraw all other applications if they admit me? I didn't promise to either school that I will not withdraw before they send the result. So basically if any of the two schools admits me, I can withdraw the other one immediately without breaking any promise. The only possible trouble will be the two schools admitted me consecutively within a few minutes so that I do not have time to send an email to withdraw, which is almost impossible to happen. But this sounds like entering two ED contracts at the same time, which is definitely something that one shouldn't do. So how do you future lawyers think about it? I always consider myself as a man of integrity, so I would not do this even if it is just MORALLY wrong.

A LOCI promise to withdraw isn't binding though. So if you were accepted to both schools within minutes of each other, you'd have to enroll at School B and withdraw from School A, but otherwise as soon as you get an acceptance from one you could easily withdraw from the other.
