summer college courses for credit to boost GPA

Any suggestions for a school to take college courses for credit--hoping to boost GPA. Ideally-a school which has grading scale up to 4.3 . . 
Local community college. I think anything like Strayer or random online colleges will be seen as an obvious attempt to pad your GPA.
