Online classes

My school does not recognize grades from classes transferred in from other schools, however, it recognizes the credit. If I take an online class at another school, will it affect my LSAC GPA even though it doesn't affect my current school GPA?

Yep. Every college course you take before getting your first bachelor's degree counts towards your LSAC GPA.
