Regarding your updated transcript, there isn't really a way to speed up the process other than asking your school to express mail it if they send them via snail mail.
I don't think you need to send any emails out about graduating early and / or what your plans are since whatever it is most likely won't be enough to sway a school's decision one way or the other. If you get waitlisted anywhere then it may be worth it to send in that information at that time in a letter of continued interest.
