Planned Parenthood on Resume

Is it too controversial to add a Planned Parenthood internship to my resume? This is what I have written:
Planned Parenthood January 2016 – May 2016
Advocacy/Education Intern
• Gathered approximately 1,500 signatures for Planned Parenthood comprehensive health education petitions
• Tabled at every semester Planned Parenthood events in order to raise awareness of comprehensive health education and women’s reproductive rights

Should I exclude this from my resume because it may be too controversial? I feel apolitical about this, but the people reviewing it may not.

Absolutely not. Plus, do you really want to go to a law school that would hold Planned Parenthood against you?

This. If this is your view, stand by it. Law schools are supposed to accept and welcome a diverse body of opinions and views and if they don't, they won't be a great fit for you (or applicant in this situation)
