Top Law Schools

I'm in undergrad as a junior transfer student. My GPA from community college is high (3.93) and I want to maintain it as high as possible. How many units or classes taken as P/F would look bad for admissions into top law schools? I'm already taking 5 units as P/F this semester, and I have 3 semesters to go. Do the top end of the T14 care about this, and how much?
