NYU Diversity Statement/Underrepresented Group Statement

Hi I was wondering how you guys approached the NYU Underrepresented Group Statement because it asks for a brief statement? I'm not sure if I should add my Diversity statement to that section or to the Additional Information section and write a brief ~100 word factual statement for the Underrepresented Group Statement. Thanks!

To my understanding, this is the diversity statement with a different title. I included my Diversity Statement in this space.
