Multiple undergraduate institutions...

So I was in one university from 2010-2012 and then was suspended for low cumulative gpa (< 1.5) and then I went to a community college from 2012-2013. After finishing one year at the college, I went to another university with full disclosure of my previous two schools' grade but without transferring any credit. I studied really really hard after that. I'm supposed to graduate by 2017 December. My current GPA is 3.95(all A and one single B+) and my LSAT in 2015 is 175. But if the gpa from my first university is calculated, it will be pretty awful... I'm considering to take LSAT again in 2017. I know I will have zero chance of being admitted to any prestigious law school if I request transcript from my first university. I just don't want my three years hard work turning into nothing... I'm a Canadian, btw.
Will I really be expelled for academic dishonesty if I am admitted to a law school but then school finds out I neglect to request transcript from one institution when applying?

It could end terribly if you try to lie. Be honest. Also, you can get into some pretty good schools with an LSAT of 175. Northwestern is in play. You could get some good scholarship money at WUSTL. Do not screw around with transcripts.
EDIT: I am assuming that you are supposed to send in all your transcripts, even though you did not transfer credit. You should find out exactly what you need to submit, and then follow the rules.

you need to submit undergraduate transcripts from ALL institutions attended. Its pretty clearly stated both by LSAC and in EVERY SINGLE application you fill out.

Yupp. Super annoying but you have to. There are a few exceptions that occur, like when you attend a satellite campus for your degree granting institution and the transcripts are essentially sent together as one. In that situation, LSAC automatically divies up your grades between the two schools into separate transcripts, minding you list the satellite campus on LSAC
when your GPA is calculated are all the grades you got from all the colleges attended calculated to produce GPA?
