What should I do if I switch or even drop classes after my transcript is sent to the LSAC (My transcript shows the classes that are scheduled to be taken)? Also, do you know how to update the transcript after fall semester grades come out? Thanks a lot.

Just send the transcript in like you did the first time and LSAC will update it for you, sending a new version of it to all the schools that you applied to.
