I don't know how rare it is but it means that you'll either be accepted or put on the priority reserve list which is above the regular wait list if I recall correctly. Very good sign. Make sure to apply as early as you can. If you get in you'll be "provisionally" accepted but it's still a regular acceptance.zeglo wrote:I just got an email about this. It looks legit!
