LSAC GPA Question

Hey guys, I know this question has probably been done to death but until I get a definitive answer about my case specifically I won't be able to rest.
I'm doing a B.S. in Economics and my GPA is currently hovering around 4.0 (A+'s are offered here) which I'm happy with, however before I started this I took a few classes at a community college in another state. Let me be 100% clear, the classes I took at this community college were not transferred to my second community college for credit, and I will complete my Bachelor's without these classes contributing to my undergraduate GPA or credit count. I took 6 classes equaling 30 credits total, but in the second term I failed all 15 credits. Again, they are in absolutely no relation to my current degree. My question is, will those classes be a part of my LSAC GPA? It would turn a potential 4.07 into a 3.72 which I think is a very significant numeric change, and if that was the case I'd also be curious if there was any way I could let the law schools know about four years straight of a 4.0+ (Personal Statement maybe?) and only about five months of classes over four years ago contributing to a .35 drop at the most crucial level of a GPA.
Thanks
