Impact of softs at SLS and HLS

Hey all,
Putting this here because the information I'm looking for wont be found on a mylsn chart. I have a 3.9 and a 173, which puts me in good contention for many T14's. For the last two years I have been a Firefighter and EMT working 24-36 hours a week, have worked for Newsweek as a journalism intern (and was published regularly), and worked for a major investigative journalism outlet doing exoneration investigations. My ultimate goal is to attend either SLS or HLS. My question to everyone is whether my softs are enough to take me from being a "good shot" candidate to a "pretty likely" candidate. Obviously that's a mushy term but anyways I would love to hear everyone's thoughts.
Thanks!
