Top Law Schools

I found myself easily burnt out by the process of application, either to schools or jobs. The application season is coming. I need not to fail myself.
I need advice from those who've submitted hundreds of job applications or dozens of school applications.
Here's what happened: I had the delusion that I worked very hard by going through one or two application processes, such as filling forms online.
But at the end of the day, I count the numbers of applications I've done, I realize I haven't accomplished much. Is it that I am inefficient in doing application?
How can I better motivate myself? How do folks who submit hundreds of job applications , or submit a few dozens of school applications accomplish it?
Is there a way to manage the whole process efficiently?
I can climb the mountains step by step for a whole afternoon, or run km after km without getting bored. It's not that I'm easily exhausted physically. How do I overcome this phycological resistance to application processes? Sometimes the connections is bad, of course, and I have a reason to get frustrated over that. But most likely, maybe I need to improve my motivation and efficiency.

Suck it up and do it.

Seriously, there's no secret to filling out applications. But the good news for lazy people is that once you've filled out a single LSAC application, those forms are automatically populated on any other applications that have them. So once you've done one, you'll only need to fill out any unique sections for that school and attach any school-specific documents.

Just submit one a day. Once you have letters of rec. and your personal statement you are only marginally changing each. If you apply to 10 schools then it won't even take you two weeks to finish.

If applications are burning you out, I got some bad news for the rest of your law school and legal career...

Thank you! I will sure suck it up. Please don't list lazy as an option. Please don't encourage me.
How do you keep yourself focused? I found I'm fully focused when do a prep test, or study something. I want to speed up.
But when I do applications, I have the freedom to do other things. It seems time get lost in those distractions.

The good news is I'll resolve it. The first step is to ask for help from people who do it successfully.

Thanks a lot for the advice! Have you done job applications already? How fast can we tailor a cover letter for each individual employer?
