Hi all--seeking advice on LOR from employer. I'm 5 years out of UG so I will be applying with one professor and one employer LOR, who is also a CLS alum. I'm preparing my LOR package for them now and I wanted some guidance on what I should ask my rec to discuss. In general, what type of information are adcoms looking for from employers? I did some writing/editing for the position, but it was more of a coordination, project management role. Would that be irrelevant for law school?

Any advice from those who received employer LOR is much appreciated.

Probably an emphasis on the 'academic' responsibilities of your position, writing and such
