NOVA ANNANDALE TRANSCRIPT REQUEST HELP? *solved*

Hey!

So a couple summers ago I went to NOVA to take BIO over the summer and need to get the transcript for it. I no longer live in the area (currently in NC) so I can't drop by and was wondering how to get the form LSAC requires is attached to hardcopies of the transcript to NOVA. Based on the transcript request form online, it looks like they're going to mail it out, but I can't have them mail the thing out without the attachment so I'm not putting in the request! Tried calling, no answer (not sure if I'm surprised).

Should I just fax them the LSAC request form or something instead of requesting online?

YOU can fill out the form and scan a copy of it that you will send to them and they will attach it for you. You should call and try to get a specific email address that you can send the scanned copy too, usually its the registrar email, but you should definitely call for a heads up.

I mailed mine with a printed version of the transcript request to a state school down south. The postal service still exists, and might be a possibility.

UPDATE (in case anyone else runs into this problem): I found this little list of rules and was coming to delete this post but figured someone somewhere might end up needing to know this.
If attachments are required (i.e., for law or medical school admission services), include all required documents using the attachment feature.
I had noticed an attachment feature underneath the area to place the address of the receiver but it didn't have any context near it regarding what it was for; apparently, it's for things like the LSAC form!
