Please help me understand my LSAC GPA!

Hey everyone!
So I have an overall UGPA of 3.66. Second semester freshman year I took a complete withdrawal and earned straight W's; non-punitive from my university. I figured it would be fine until I was reading LSAC's "Policies Related to Transcript Summarization" (http://www.lsac.org/aboutlsac/policies/ ... marization).
This is what scares me: "Failure is defined as credit attempted but not earned. If a transcript is not clear about credit attempted, LSAC staff will contact the registrar at the issuing school to confirm whether course credit was attempted."
I know that my school considered my W's non-punitive because it didn't impact my GPA or standing at all. However, this is what my transcript looks like below that semester: http://oi63.tinypic.com/xegyg4.jpg
As you can see, it still shows the hours as attempted and not earned even though it has no effect on my GPA. Is this still failure in LSAC's eyes? Because if so, I'm burning my LSAT books ASAP.
