Gear up for a September retake. A few more points on the LSAT will make you very competitive.
Then solicit fee waivers and blanket T14.

Apply to all the t14's and go to the best one you get into. Unless it's like Michigan, I would pick cornell over that, esp if it was cheaper

Youre probably a shoe in for almost everyone outside T6 except Berkeley. I'd retake for money if I were you. I got a full ride to a t14 with a lower GPA and a 173.

Why shouldn't they go to their local state school for free?

The irony is that you are implying a joke that OP may mistake as a serious suggestion, which is the very thing i'm constantly accused of.

How is it a joke? Isn't this place elitist and it should be more state school friendly?

Yes, yes, honey, you're good. (But you still haven't explained why you give advice that follows the hivemind when you hate the hivemind.)

Just for the sake of argument, bc i know you love to argue every little detail, i sometimes give advice that follows the hivemind when it suits that individual poster; i never said the hive was wrong in every situaton, just in quit a lot of them.
