Wisconsin at sticker price or LUC with 32k/yr scholarship?

-Wouldn't mind working in Madison/Milwaukee, not having to pass the bar is nice...
-Loyola with scholarship is not a bad price, but afraid of having to compete against T1 schools (i.e Northwestern/U Chicago)
-Help?
