When you apply your GPA from your university now and your community college will be complied into your LSAC GPA. This LSAC GPA will include how you did in both of these institutions as well as other classes you may have taken over the summer or something like that.

All classes count until you graduate and then your GPA is locked in and you can't improve it. Even if you did a second degree.

Yes.
Yes, because you have to also submit that CC transcript separately, whether or not the credits transfered.
