Hi all,
Say you've been accepted to some schools with partial scholarships. Do you know if it's possible to commit via deposit then retake?

Doesn't hurt to ask, so long as you're polite. Could happen. But also keep in mind that your leverage is the option to wait a year and apply elsewhere, and the school may well call your bluff.

Absolutely you can. Your LSAT is valuable until the day you actually matriculate. So if you go from a 165 to a 175, you still have leverage and the only thing a school has over you is a piddling (in the grand scheme of things) $500 deposit and their hurt feelings. So, yes, be polite when asking, but know you hold the cards if you take in June and score higher.
