How useful are alumni in your application?

There's usually a spot if you have related alumni only relevant to the law school in your applications. Those people also need to be immediate family members I believe. Anyone else doesn't count unless for some unknown reason they are a big donor. Sorry

Can't hurt, but no way that overcomes an LSAT below 25th percentile.

LORs should be from those who can write the best LOR about you and know the most about you.
