Will there be another wave of acceptances after seat deposit deadlines?

Looking at the 15-16 admittance spreadsheets, it looks like decisions are barely trickling in, with some schools having not made a decision in weeks. At this point, are we just waiting for people to withdraw/ not pay their seat deposit? I'm in waitlist limbo even with my safety schools after applying slightly late.
