I was in the same situation as you last year. Went to speak to two of my professors that I was currently taking right before finals to 'review'. Honestly I just wanted them to remember my face so after I got the As I could come back and ask for a letter. Came back in the beginning of the next semester, sent them an e-mail and met face to face to talk. Just pick a couple professors whose classes you aced and seem nice enough.
These professors all went to grad school. They know the deal with LoRs and aren't gonna screw you. I only spoke to those 2 professors during my whole of undergrad. Letters could not have been great, ended up performing up to par with my numbers this cycle. Didn't hurt, didn't help.
