I have offer from both Emory and Georgia state for llm which is a good choice.

There is very little information in your post....coa for each? Career goals? I mean in a vacuum Emory has a higher ranking, better enployment statistics, and likely opens more doors, but costs much more likely. If you got into Emory, I'm guessing you have a hefty scholarship from GSU.
