I would consider calling the LSAC offices to double-check if I were you. They give an estimate of up to two weeks, plus an additional week during peak times, so based on that it should've been processed by now. I submitted a late transcript about two weeks ago and they received it on a Tuesday and sent my CAS out by Thursday.
