Character and fitness/BAR question

Post by JuliusCaesar » Sat Jan 09, 2016 5:06 pm

I know that the bar association can view your law school application when you sit for the bar, but can they see/do they see ALL of your law school applications? I.e. if you apply to 20 different schools can they see every application?

When submitting the moral character application, the bar association does review the application submitted to the specific law school you attended. In terms of every law school you applied to, that is something that may depend on a specific bar association. The reason behind this is to ensure academic honesty disclosure and consistency. It may be best to directly ask your law school or the ABA if they review each application submitted.
Bes t of luck!
