Hi! Dumb question, but I'd still like an answer.

Is operating a vehicle with a suspended registration a minor traffic violation? (Forgot to get my emissions done.) I'm 99% sure it is, but can't find specific info on how Pennsylvania categorizes it. I know it won't affect my application at all but would rather not have unnecessary disclosures.

Just disclose it.

No one is going to care about it and the risks associated with C&F finding out about it if you don't disclose it don't make it worth going through the whole 'is this or isn't this a traffic violation' analysis.
