Should I submit transcript now?

So I took some classes over the summer and they are just now appearing on my transcript. They are three three-credit A classes. Which will overall boost my gpa. My problem is as of right now are listed as General French courses (they will count towards 400 level courses after the petition). Should I wait to submit my transcript or does it really not matter?
