If you're thinking about telling a score to a recommender that isn't accurate, would not recommend. Pre law advisors have the scores I believeLegallyChels wrote:Odd question, but can our recommenders see our LSAT scores?
I'm not, was just wondering if they could see it and would write a better rec because of it. I didn't want to brag to them by mentioning "Oh and btw, scored a 175"PSPSPSPS wrote:If you're thinking about telling a score to a recommender that isn't accurate, would not recommend. You can mention your percentile, not necessarily bragging though. Because it shows you are seriously considering law school with promising outlook, and if you have a high score, it implicitly hints that "I'm shooting for top schools and I wish the LORs could be on par".LegallyChels wrote:I'm not, was just wondering if they could see it and would write a better rec because of it. Your prelaw advisor can see your score only if you allow him to do it.PSPSPSPS wrote:If you're thinking about telling a score to a recommender that isn't accurate, would not recommend. You can offer to give them other components of your apps so that they can have an idea how their letters fit in. My recommenders specifically asked so, and I gave them literally everything other than my diversity statement, which I didn't finish at the time.LegallyChels wrote:I'm not, was just wondering if they could see it and would write a better rec because of it.
