Fall Grades, Wait for boost or apply when I get LSAT from DEC

Okay, so I've asked about this a few different times but now I know more about the exact situation and have more of a specific question. I'm a URM with a gpa slightly below the mid 3 range. The boost I will receive from fall grades is .07-.1 (I know what it is but trying to remain anonymous
)
I overnighted my transcript yesterday forgetting today is Christmas Eve. It did arrive today but I'm assuming won't be processed until LSAC opens again on the 4th.
Here is my question: If DEC LSATs come in before then will it make a difference if I wait to apply? I know the my file will be updated and schools will be made aware when the transcript is processed but is the updated GPA the one that law schools report or the that you apply with? I say this because I assume this is the GPA they really care about. I don't expect to hear a decision before they get updated. Even if they wanted to return a decision in record time they're probably on vacation as well any way.
I want every advantage I can get and 5 days or so may be a microscopic advantage but it is still something.
